The High speed roll door has long durability and low operating costs. In other words, it is a long-term and cost effective investment.

The High speed roll doors design is unique. The door roll is located on the back of the door so moving parts are thus placed inside the cell, out of reach for the operator. This design allows a forklift to get closer and deeper into the cell e.g. at tool exchange. 

Safety 

• Swedish-made high speed roll door - increases safety with patented functions. Allows employees to work safely near the door
• Shields of a workplace so that splashes, noise and dust are kept away from other employees or visitors
• The door is closed and guaranteed by non-contact sensors (cat.4) from the startup of the machine. The sensors can be easily adjusted to change the closing position.
• The door roller is placed on the back of the door so that moving parts are inside the cell, out of reach for the operator
• The door is prepared for remote control and can be equipped with the optional UPS which allows the door to be opened even in the event of a power failure.
• Integrated photocell curtain in the frames. The curtain covers the entire door opening and stops and reverses the door completely without contact if anything moves in the door opening. The curtain, which has no moving worn parts and is protected in the frame, is approved to replace clamp protection and safety photocells.
